Remembering Our Loyal Companion and Beloved Mascot
It is with heavy hearts that we share the sad news of the passing of Roxie, our beloved mascot and cherished member of the Ace Waste family. Roxie has been with us from day one, becoming not just a loyal companion but an integral part of our journey as a business. She was more than just our mascot—she was family, a fur baby who brought endless joy, comfort, and companionship to those who met her.
Roxie had been bravely battling arthritis for some time, but earlier this week, her health began to decline. She was taken to the vet where she received antibiotics and pain relief, spending the night in the care of the wonderful veterinary team. Despite everyone’s best efforts, Roxie’s condition sadly worsened. After much thought, love, and care, we made the difficult but kind decision to let her go peacefully. It was the right choice to ensure she was no longer in pain.
Roxie’s presence touched everyone—whether it was her wagging tail greeting us at the start of the day or her comforting nature during tough moments. For our team and customers alike, she truly embodied the warmth and spirit of Ace Waste. Her loss leaves an undeniable void, but we will always hold onto the happy memories and the love she brought to our lives.
We want to thank everyone who has reached out with kind words and support during this time. It means the world to us as we navigate life without Roxie by our side. She will forever be remembered as the heart of our family, a friend to many, and the very best mascot we could have hoped for.
Rest easy, Roxie. 🐾 You were loved beyond measure and will never be forgotten.
